Cascades at Southern Hills is a 424-unit Class B community which was acquired off-market as part of a portfolio of well-located Class-B communities in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This community had good curb appeal, on acquisition, however required an overhaul of the landscape, signage and clubhouse. This asset was acquired in December 2021 and is now stable.
