Parc 1010 is a 300-unit, Class-B community attractively fronting the Arkansas river in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tradewind partnered with the existing ownership group to assume operational control and provide renovation capital. Tradewind completed a renovation of the asset including a rebranding of the property, exterior repairs and an overhaul of common areas & amenities. This asset was acquired in August 2020.
