Parc at Wall Street, a 232-unit class-A apartment community located in San Antonio’s Northwest Submarket. Extensive landscape enhancements, new signage, and pool & clubhouse improvements were completed to modernize the property and allow it to better compete with neighboring class-A properties. Interior upgrades were completed to almost 200 units which generated significant premiums versus the base level units. This asset was sold in March 2019.
