Oasis at Oakwell, a 252-unit class-B apartment community located in San Antonio, located in the affluent Oakwell Farms neighborhood. At our takeover, this asset was managed with lax tenant qualification criteria, low occupancy compared to comps, deferred maintenance and high staff turnover. Tradewind completed a substantial renovation including siding replacement, new exterior paint, interior upgrades, extensive landscape renovations and new signage which allowed this community to stabilize with management best-practices in place. This asset was sold August 2019.
