Braesview Parc, a 396-unit class-B apartment community located in the thriving Castle Hills area of San Antonio, was acquired in March 2012 following a foreclosure. Exterior renovations were completed that included paint, new siding, enhanced landscaping new sport/BBQ/picnic amenities, new signage and unit upgrades. These improvements, along with active management and marketing, positioned Braesview Parc as one of the top multifamily communities in the submarket, allowing increased rents, lower operating costs, less turnover, and an improved tenant base. The asset was sold in December 2015.
