Tradewind completed a substantial renovation including rebuilding the 49 units affected by fires, replacing 100% of the Property’s siding, painting the exteriors, completing clubhouse & amenity upgrades and installing new signage. The asset was acquired off-market in July 2018 at 78% occupancy and is now stable.
