Regal Parc, is a phase 2 development project located in Cedar Park, Texas, a highly desirable Austin suburb. Tradewind acquired a 156-unit community alongside a contiguous 6-acre parcel. The construction of 123-units was completed in Q4 2017 with Camden Builders as general contractor. The project leased-up quickly and is now stabilized. The Phase II represents one of the last undeveloped multifamily plats in Cedar Park. Tradewind will also continue upgrading the existing 156 units to better complement the new units. The asset was acquired in August 2015 and our construction and acquisition loans were refinanced in September 2018.
